This particular razor was listed as a Le Supreme, but is more of a Hol'Pif.
There isn't to much known about Hol'Pifs, however what we think that we know is that L'Essor took over a bankrupt Hol'Pif, which I guess must have had some unsold stock and/or parts.
The box says Le Supreme, its has the blade posts on the topcap which is the same as a Le Supreme, and although the twist knob has not been hollowed out like a Le Supreme, it has a groove in the middle.
Everything else about it indicates Hol'Pif and two main things are that identify it as a Hol'Pif are:
    (a) - it's not differential. It has the same gap each side and
    (b) - the handle is removable and 1mm thicker.
Best guess is that it is some sort of "Transition" razor, where Le Supreme used some Hol'Pif parts to manufacture stock to sell.

When I received it, It had a sticky adjustment and I dismantled it and took the opportunity to give it a good clean. The bottom of the third picture shows its parts.

 
How does it shave?
It has a bit of blade feel and I would put it in the Medium aggression range. It gives an great shave. I find it a fair bit more effecient than a Le Supreme.
I will update once I have used it some more.
