Matador Mikro

The Matador Micro is a clone of an Apollo Gen 3, so much so that I believe that the Ben Hur Rasierklingen Fabrik produced these for them. It also has "IMPORT" under the base plate, which would further strengthen this. It also dismantles like the Apollo and the thread of the top cap is identical.
They are substantially more difficult to find than the Apollo or Ben Hur branded Mikrons.

The adjustment mechanism in this example has seized up and I've tried everything to unfreeze it and nothing has worked. As a result of this I have never used it

How does it shave?
I've not used it, but would guess that its the same as a Apollo Mikron Gen 3.

Does the Matador Mikro that I want to buy Actually Adjust?
I mentioned above that this one does not adjust. I bought my first Mikron 2 and when it arrived it was jammed up and I managed to unjam it. When I saw this one for sale, I didn't bother asking for additional pictures because I had already managed to unjam the first one - huge mistake! Here's how you you can avoid making the same mistake. The image below (from the Mikron page's) will hopefully show what you should be looking out for.

The top of the image shows them fully closed and the bottom shows them fully open. If you look at the area at where the arrows are pointing to, you will see that as the adjuster plate moves up and down there is a small area exposed when its open and none when its closed. (Clicking on the image opens it in a new tab)
Its far easier to ask for more images than to reverse a transaction.
