Pearl Shaving is a brand name for Madhav Metal Industries in Gujarat, India. According to their website they have been around since 1990.
They released their first adjustable in late October 2020.
It's based on the "Gibbs" adjustment type system.

Then in early May 2023, without any fanfare they released their Open Comb version which is also "Gibbs Adjustment System" based.
