RAP
I can only find one reference to this online.
It appears to be a MODEL 101 and was made in Germany. By the feel of the weight of the handle it seems to be hollow and the top cap seems top be zamak.
The base plate is a plastic of sorts and is flippable. Two small dots on the one under-side indicate which side is been used.
The topcap is thick and angular - so one would assume that it has a "built in " angle.
The patent was granted to "Richard Neul in Dusseldorf on 02 June 1938 under patent number DE660801.
How does it shave?
Its very mild on the one side and just touches medium on the other.
