Some information on Rocnel.
Rocnel started manufacturing razors in collaboration with Barbaros in 2016 when they released the Barbaros and Rocnel adjustable.
My understanding is that it was the first Stainless Steel Adjustable razor.
An Instagram posting on 02 October 2017 shows their second release which was named the Sailor and of which there were only 10 produced. All subsequent releases have carried the Sailor name.

They released a different version each year from 2019, but since 2021 differences have got a little fuzzy. If something has been done in the past, it appears that you can order an almost custom built razor.
