I saw this and thought - A Diplomat / Rubin Hybrid, I really hope that the black base is plastic. OH YES it is!!
Its the only USSR razor that I have that has any wording on it, albeit extremely small. In very tiny letters СИМЗА is moulded into the plastic base. When translated this is SIMZA.
I'm not sure if it is the correct case because there is something else moulded into the lid, but the razor fits perfectly into it. A plastic blade bank completes the package.
The handle length is the same as the Diplomat.
