XOXO Razor
There is no branding on this anywhere on this razor. There is a thin spring steel shim riveted to the base plate which keeps the blade clamped and under tension. Adjustment is by way of unscrewing the handle which has an arrow on the top of it. That in turn points to the "XOXO" under the base plate. All-in-all a very simple adjustment system. They are rumoured to have been manufactured by Doehler-Jarvis, who were a steel smelter. Doehler-Jarvis was based in Toledo and founded in 1907. During the mid 20th century, they were the worlds biggest producer of die-cast metal items and finally closed down in 1998.

How does it shave? It gives an excellent shave. The handle IMHO is too thin and it benefits from something thicker |
