There are no manuacturers markings on this razor.
The topcap is stainless steel and everything else is aluminium, so its pretty light. As can be seen, the handle is offset. The head is on a ball-joint and as a result can be put into pretty much any position. Once in the desired position, the handle is then tightened and that in turn holds the head in position. It dismantles into four parts.
The head is curved, so that would add some stiffness to the blade. The topcap slides off for the blade to be inserted.

How does it shave?
I've used it once.
I don't remember the quality of the shave, but do remember thinking "this is a bit awkward". By the end of the shave I was sort of used to it.
