Roberts
This was manufactured by The Roberts Safety Razor Co, 700 Jamaica Abe, Brooklyn, NY.
It has a ball joint that allows the head to be put and locked into any position as can be seen in the fifth image below. There is a small but strong spring in the handle to help with this (See image six below). It has a "Flip Open" top cap and takes a proprietary double edge blade. The blade has a thick centre spine that fits into the recess in the head. The underside has the the patent date and number and I guess a serial stamped in on it.
There is some plate loss on the threads on the top of the handle and there is brass showing through. The tightening piece at the top looks like it's chrome plated. The head section looks like its made from pressed stainless steel.
This particular set is far fom complete. It is missing a stropping handle and a silver blade box. No blades came with this.
In order to use it I ended up milling a piece of aluminium to fit the recess and act as the alignment posts.
The patent was granted to William V. Baker on Jan 2, 1912 under number: US1013360

The Blade Adapter
I took measurements of the recess and milled the aluminium to fit flush in the recess and the centre bar to act as the posts.
I believe that it could be 3D printed as well and if anyone wants to get the measurements, please feel free to Contact Me HERE.
