Hudes Rasoio
I'm making an assumption that this is a Hudes. On the underside of the base plate are the words HUDES and PATENT and after doing some online research, its not clear if its a reference to the patent holder or a brand. If it's the former then it would most likely be manufcatured in Italy.
The head both tilts and angles forward, effectively becomming a Single Edge razor.
There is also a metal version
The patent on this was granted to a Igo Hudes from Milan on 20 April 1938. The Patent number is 24525 but have not been able to find it online.
Waits lists it as "Manufacturer Unidentified"
There are a few other razors that use the same idea, the Kabrand been the most well known of them.

How does it shave?
Before my first shave I was expecting a very aggressive razor but its a medium to low aggressive shaver.
