An online search has brought up nothing useful about this razor.

We know that it was manufactured in France probably in the very early 1900's.
It's a single edge that took a wedge blade and as luck would have it - Gem blades do fit and are perfectly usable.
The tilt is adjustable as can be see in the first picture on the second row.

From images online it looks like some came with a strop while others didn't. They all seemed to have come with a stroping handle.

How does it shave?
Another one that I didn't make a note on. It needs to be revisited.
