The Ben Hur Rasierklingen Fabrik produced these mainly for the French market where the Apollo brand was already taken.
It's a rebranded Apollo Mikron - Generation 2 and dates back to somewhere between 1951 and 1958.
They are generally a little more difficult to find than the Apollo branded Mikrons.
This one has not been used.

How does it shave?
I've kept it unused however I would believe the same as an Apollo Mikron 2.
