This is a very cheap adjustable. I've seen a lot of these floating around.
As can be seen on the box, its officially its the Unscrew 3000S model

It's a One-Piece and a Gillette Adjustable clone. It comes in a translucent plastic case with a tuck of blades, and the case could double up as a travel case.
Its a "Sort-off" two tone razor - Matt and polished silver and looks pretty good. The TopCap is Polished so it should help with slickness. The base plate and adjuster dial are Matt and the handle is polished.

The fitting isn't particulary well done. Firstly the blade gap isn't even and looking at the middle picture on the bottom row, as its been adjusted there is a gap between the adjuster dial that opens up. I don't see either of these causing any issues during the shave.

Other names that I've seen: G.B.S, Isner Mile.

How does it shave?
It's no BBS shaver. My first run with it and I found it to be a very mild razor.
