This is a cheap "Generic" Chinese manufactured razor that probably is sold under a number of different brands. This one came from Amazon and was branded "Whityle".
The influence is from the Smnirn, but they have upgraded it a bit. The handle is in a Bamboo style and there is a rubber button at the bottom of the handle that you press and the topcap pops off (fourth image below) - so sort of Gibbs 9 meets Smnirn.
The head section looks very Smnirn like, but instead of it been a mild razor, they have given it a bit more aggression.
They came in various colours, I just liked the dark black.
Other branding that I've seen: Donato, Relax.

How does it shave?
With its added slight aggression, I find it a very good shaver. It falls into the "Excellent Value for your Money" category.
