This is a second version Eclipse Red Ring.
There is a logo on the top cap and it's a three piece - that means that it is either a Gen 1 or Gen 2. The TopCap and Base plate are Chrome plated, while the handle is Silver plated making it a Gen 2.
These were the last of the 3-Pieces and they started crimping the twist knob into the handle after this.

How does it shave?
It shaves the same as the other generations/variants - a mild shaver.
