I suspect that this was aimed at the US market. It came in a Hoffritz branded case with two ivory coloured blade banks.
This one has seen a fair bit of use before I bought it as can be seen by the plate loss on the bar.

How does it shave?
Just like the current progress - In other words - Its an excellent shaver.
