Rockwell is a Canadian company that started out having their razors manufactured in the USA. I understand that it was only the 6S that was made in the USA and subsequently the manufacture of the 6C was moved to China.
Since then all their razors have been made in China.

They also wanted a "One Piece" TTO razor and designed the Model T. The Kickstarter campaign was also started on March 2016 but the release was delayed a full year.
That has since been upgraded to the Model T2 and subsequently they added a Stainless Steel version.
