This is Rocnels (Murat) second adjustable razor. There has never been any official statement on how many were manufactured and sold but they generally limited the early runs to around 100 razors.
Its typical Rocnel, big, chunky and heavy. Its handle is shorted which I think suits it perfectly. It was designed for use with Feather blades and shaves from low medium to reasonably aggressive. This version only has one "adjustment" turn and is renowned for the topcap flying off.
In my opinion - it is still the best looking of the Sailors.

How does it shave?
Its a great shaver in the medium to low aggressive range.
