These were the second version. They have "SCHICK ADJUSTABLE" on the metallic insert in the handle.
They appeared in about September 1964 when Patrick Frawley / Eversharp owned the brand. They were sold until sometime in 1973, so into the Warner-Lambert era.

In 1966 when they were rebranded to the SCHICK DIAL.

It appears that Eversharp went back to the orignal name sometime during 1968. This makes somewhat sense because most of the Type M's that you see for sale are this version.
There seems to be no way of differentiating between the Pre-1966 and the Post-1968 versions.
