It appears that this is the third version. It was rebranded and has "SCHICK DIAL" in a slightly different font on the handle insert. Other than the handle insert change, the rest of the razor looks unchanged.
They were also produced and sold by Eversharp between 1965 and late 1968/early 1969.

They then reverted to the original SCHICK ADJUSTABLE metallic insert.
