These were the last of the Tyoe M's. They were produced from about 1982 to 1984 and then by mail order up to 1986, so completely during the Warner-Lambert era.
They were identical to the previous version except for the "Schick" logo/word on the head. This only came with the "Protector" function.
The Protector is an ingenious lever which just pushes the guard upwards. Other than a travel razor, I don't see any reason for it but I do like it. IMHO - It's too long to be a travel razor.
