Shield Razors is owned and are designed by Taibo Song (AKA Mike) in Guangdong, China.

They are all Grade 5 Titanium and are offered in either a Ceramic coating or Cerakote.
The head of the Adjustable is made in 3-Parts. The middle plate clamps the blade against the Top Cap. The adjustability is achieved by moving the base plate from side to side. with your hands - the same concept as the Renox except that the adjustment on this is done by pushing the base plate across with your hands.
As with all things similar to this, repeatability becomes a problem unless you are using the "middle" setting and the extremes.

How does it shave?
First use if it, I used it more or less centred for the first pass. I had it pretty much spot-on because both sides felt pretty much the same. Its a middle of the road shaver here.

For the ATG pass I pushed it right over. The now mild side didn't do anything (which was no surprise). The now aggressive side is wild. Its very aggressive and made short work of any remaining stubble.

I generally use too much pressure with lighter razors and there was no exception here and as a result caught two weepers - otherwise the shave was great.
