This is another razor that I can't find any information on.
Waits lists it as a Gillette Type, Manufacturer Unidentified.

I bought it because of the differentail head but when it arrived I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw that the skeletonized base plate also acts as a spring. With this in mind, I think that it was also meant to be adjustable. There are no stops so repeatability could be a bit of an issue.

As can be seen in the third image below, it has a Roller bar on the one side and a fixed bar on the other. The roller is held in by two dimples on each side of the roller so care needs to be taken when cleaning it otherwise it gets pushed out.
The only marking on the whole razor is the SOS on the top side of the base plate which can bee seen in the last image.

How does it shave?
First drive... I started with it fully closed and its pretty mild but I doubt that it will give you a BBS shave. I then opened it about a ½ turn and completed the WTG passes. It's smooth and pretty effecient - sooooo much better.
For the ATG and XTG passes, I turned it another ¼ turn and ended up smooth all over.
The other (SB) side is a fair bit milder on the same settings.
