Vikings Blade Emperor

Its the same razor as the Meiji except that it has a longer handle.
They have pretty much copied the Gillette adjustables except that the dials are continious as opposed to having notches.
As with the Meiji, the doors don't open wide enough to just drop a blade in and close. The work-around is to twist it open, then open the adjuster to its max which in turn opens the doors a little more but enough to drop the blade in, insert the blade and reverse the process.
The knurling on the adjustment dial of this one is uneven.
The alignment issues - There are no blade alignment issues on this one at all, as long as I do the work-around.
There are two different color versions, this one which is just called a Crusader and a Black and Bronze version called the Emperor Augustus. Asthetically, I prefer the look of the silver.
As with its shorter counterpart, it's also a heavy razor

How does it shave?
This is a very mild to mild shaver. It's no BBS razor.
There are little notches that open the doors which are not as smooth as they should be and I felt them while shaving - nothing hectic but they are definitely there.
