This is the Gold version and arrived in the unmarked box in the images and as with the Silver version there are no markings on the razor itself. This is a two-piece as the twist-knob is captured.
The plating on the top-cap is thinning out so I'm concerned with giving it a good scrubbing.

How does it shave?
It shaves the same as the silver version, so in the medium to aggressive range. As a result of the blade taking up the tension, the adjustment range is about a ½ turn at most.
