The Torqx is pretty much an Homelike Elbrus homage with a few mods.
There is an option for a polished Elbrus, this only comes polished and they have done away with the scallops on the guards.
The knurling looks nice and even and is perfectly usable, but it could be a bit sharper.
They have stayed with the longer handle. I would have preferred to have the bottom of the twistknob to match the adjuster dial.

The Elbrus is currently virtually unobtainable, this is certainly an excellent option.

They were released on about 10^th September 2024.

How does it shave?
After my first shave with it... (I've used the Elbrus a fair bit so I am pretty familiar with it.)
I expected it to be angle sensitive and I need it to be open beyond 3-ish. I set it to 3, got my angle right and shaved and ended up with a great shave.
It is slightly slicker, which I would attribute to the polished topcap.
