Most collectors will at some point get a razor where there are no modern available blades for it - I'm no different.
When I post a Shave Of The Day picture of a razor that needs a modified blade someone generally asks how I modified the blade.
The answer depends on the blade.

Let's start with the easy one first - Normal DE blades...

I've already posted the "Gibbs Jig" on various forums and also put it up on its own page HERE.
The background to this was that I bought a Gibbs, loved it but had the modified blade issues. I tried various things before I came up with the punch.

There are too many "obscure" razors out there to make a jig for each one, so I had to come up with another idea - engraving.
