The Pearl Flexi was introduced in late 2020. Its a Gibbs "Homage" and as expected takes standard blades.
Instead of evertything coming apart, they have Loctited the handle onto the head and also put a compression spring onto the twist knob. With these two mods they have made it a two piece. The literature says that its CNC machined from brass.
The first batch that was released had some alignment issues when adjusting. People also complained of "something loose" inside, which apparently is the compression spring that holds the twist knob in the handle. (I've not dismantled mine to confirm this)
This one is from that first batch, but has none of these issues.
It has it's own stand in the package as well as a fair number of blades - all in all, great value for money.
They have released an Open Comb version.

How does it shave?
Its a very good shaver, pretty similar to a Gibbs, but not quite there. I do find it a little heavy.
